🤖 Responsible AI
We use AI to enhance language learning — not replace educators.
Our approach to AI is simple:
- AI is used only as a learning support tool
- Human oversight (teachers) remains essential
- AI outputs are assistive, not authoritative
- We apply safeguards to prevent misuse
- We minimise data shared with AI systems
Importantly:
- We do not use student data for advertising
- We do not use identifiable student data to train general-purpose AI models

🔄 Subprocessors & Transparency
We work with trusted technology partners to deliver our platform (e.g. hosting, analytics, AI services).
- All subprocessors are contractually bound to strict data protection obligations
- We maintain a current list of subprocessors
- We provide advance notice of material changes where required
